The writer of this blog has degrees in Human Resource Management and Health Care Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has worked for the government and not-for profit sectors and appreciates the unique opportunities that each has to offer society. He is also a certified spiritual director and occasionally leads discussions on spiritual formation and helps to lead retreats.
He enjoys thinking through the implications of spiritual (trans)formation for our vocations, cities, and cultural endeavors and is convinced that the Christian faith provides the best possibilities and resources for true human flourishing. He does have a form of dwarfism (i.e. “little person” or “person of short stature”) and, while he understands the human propensity to label things, usually just goes by “Tim”.
